The Academic Achievement Gap:
- Funded through
donations and grants from variou sources.
- Parental
involvement and encouragement to students
- Measurable
and accountable academic progress
- To improve
Math and Reading test scores
Our Edu-Boost™
program involves supplementing the curriculum that the students
are currently receiving in their current schools with a year-round,
3 ½ hours per week evenings or weekends academic studies
program focused on Mathematics, Language Arts and PC and Internet
Literacy classes, including access to the proprietary Success Warriors
academic information portal. The curriculum selected by Success
Warriors will be a standard curriculum offering throughout the country,
and it is “standards-based”, high quality commercial
curriculum based on available research. The selected curriculum
uses traditional materials and innovative technology. It is currently
provided worldwide and hosted on computers (with back-up) at a central
location in the U.S., and will be delivered, in part, over the Internet
(Online School portion), with the remainder consisting of standard
books and materials. The majority of the teachers will be the parents
themselves, supplemented with volunteers from institutions of higher
education, corporations, high schools, professional and service
organizations like national Engineering associations and Greek fraternities
and sororities. In addition to these Primary Teachers, there will
also be “Virtual Education Advisors™
(VEA),
who will coach and advise the Parents/Primary Teachers regarding
how to teach the selected K12 curriculum in an effective way.
